Attempted second degree burglary: May 26 at 3:27 a.m., 9600 block of Harford Road. An unknown suspect attempted to gain entry into Horizon Property Management. No entry was gained but there was $200 worth of damage to the front door.

Second degree burglary: June 1 between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m., 2500 block of E. Joppa Road. An unknown suspect entered residence and stole $550 in currency, check deposit material, a Samsung VCR

Armed robbery, gun: May 20 at 8:39 p.m., 2700 block of Taylor Avenue. An unknown suspect entered the Royal Farm Store and stood in line with a soda. When he got to the register he lifted his shirt and displayed a black and silver handgun. The suspect demanded the cashier to put money in a bag, which he then walked out with heading toward Old Harford Road.

Fourth degree burglary: Between April 26 at 10 a.m. and April 17 at 7 a.m., 9600 block of Dundawan Road. An unknown suspect entered the backyard of residence and stole a neon green 2004 Kawasaki four wheeler.

Robbery/purse snatching: May 9 at 12:05 p.m., 3100 block of Putty Hill Avenue. An unknown suspect approached the victim as she was entering the side door of her home. The suspect grabbed her purse containing $80 in cash, a credit card and various personal documents. The victim was injured as she struggled to regain her purse. The suspect fled the area on foot heading toward Hiss Avenue.

Grand theft auto: May 10

Baltimore County Police have arrested two men in the May 2 robbery of Bowman’s Restaurant in the 9300 block of Harford Road, Carney.
The two are identified as former employee Nathaniel Green, 24, and Shakime Duval Jackson, 33, both of the 600 block of N. Carrollton Street.
Both men have been charged with armed robbery and first-degree assault. A court commissioner denied bail for Jackson. Green’s bail was set at $250,000. Both men remain at the Baltimore County

Precinct 8, Parkville

Second degree burglary: May 5 at 3:28 a.m., 3600 block of E. Joppa Road. An unknown suspect smashed the front glass door in order to gain entry to the Nucci Salon. Once inside, the suspect stole a flat-screen TV and a cash drawer including $500 in cash. The suspect was caught on video footage.

Second degree burglary: Between April 29 at 12 p.m. and May 5 at 5:45 p.m., 1200 block

Precinct 8, Parkville

Second degree burglary: Between April 22 at 11:45 a.m. and April 23 at 4:20 a.m., 8800 block of Waltham Woods Road. An unknown suspect entered location through a window and stole a 42-inch plasma T.V., a Toshiba laptop, a Dell Optilux, five medical lights, a Dell Dimension computer and a medical camera for a total loss value of $12,300.

First degree burglary:  March 27 between 8:30 and 11 a.m. An unknown suspect pried the rear sliding door of a residence on Spindrift Circle. Once inside, the suspect stole a safe, various pieces of jewelry, a radio, a CD player, CDs, cash and various pieces of personal papers. Later on that same date, a maintenance worker located the suspect and the safe in a vacant apartment, but did not notify the police.

The Baltimore County Police Department is warning that homeowners – especially seniors – be wary of people who say they’re from the local gas or electric company, the water department, the cable company, or county inspectors. Unknown suspect entered storage room with a key and broke into a storage locker by removing the lock.
