Crime report: Kitchen appliances taken from house under construction
Precinct 8, Parkville
Fourth degree burglary: Oct. 8 at 8 p.m., unit block of Rockingham Court. The storage locker was found to be broken into. A Schwinn bike, Christmas decorations, and a DVD player were reported missing.
Fourth degree burglary: Oct. 8 at 10:58 p.m., 9000 block of Harford Road. An unknown suspect cut the fence to gain entry to the backyard. Once inside, a Yamaha Raptor 4-wheeler was stolen. The victim searched the area and found the 4-wheeler at the intersection of Hiss and Baker avenues.
Fourth degree burglary: Oct. 9 at 12:40 p.m., 7900 block of Westmoreland Avenue. Two suspects, including one juvenile, were identified and arrested after stealing two bikes from resident’s yard. They were also found to have $2,500 in cash and some other property from a burglary committed in the 8400 block of Bayberry Road.
Second degree burglary: Oct. 12 at 2:38 a.m., 3000 block of Northwind Road. Two unknown suspects dressed in desert-style BDU uniforms entered Northwind Liquors after using a crowbar to gain entry. The alarm sounded and the suspects fled on foot, but were caught on the video security tape.
First degree burglary: Oct. 12 at 9:30 a.m., apartment building on Fitzgerald Court. An unknown suspect broke the screen to bedroom to gain entry and once inside, stole $600 in cash from a bedroom dresser drawer.
Precinct 9, White Marsh
Fourth degree burglary: Between Oct. 10 at 3:30 p.m. and Oct. 11 at 7:45 a.m., 5700 block of New Forge Road. An unknown suspect entered a home under construction through an open garage door and stole 15 ft. of copper wire, two single windows, one double window and a Thermol door for a total loss value of $1,050.
Second degree burglary: Between Oct. 10 at 5 p.m. and Oct. 11 at 5 a.m., 11500 block of Lipscomb Way. An unknown suspect threw a rock through a rear window to gain entry to home under construction and stole a GE refrigerator, a GE dishwasher and a GE stove for a total loss value of $3,800. Tire tracks in front of the house indicated a trailer might have been used.
Fourth degree burglary: Oct. 11 between 7:30 and 8:10 a.m., unit block of Hallistan Court. An unknown suspect entered yard and stole a silver and copper colored bike valued at $100.
First degree burglary: Oct. 12 between 11:30 a.m. and 7:50 p.m., 8200 block of Pulaski Highway. An unknown suspect entered apartment room of the Elrich Motel and stole a 42-inch plasma TV, portable DVD player, various CD’s and DVD’s, a digital camera, a radio and a Walkman with headphones.
Fourth degree burglary: Oct. 12 at 11 p.m., 4500 block of Ridge Road. An unknown suspect entered an unsecured fruit stand on residence property and stole various fruit, a 50-lb pumpkin, a calculator and a cash box containing $20.
Armed robbery-gun: Two unknown suspects approached two women and displayed black and silver handguns. The suspects robbed the women of their purses and money then fled on foot toward St. Regis.
First degree burglary: Oct. 13 between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., 4300 block of Kolb Avenue. An unknown suspect entered residence through an unlocked rear window and stole approximately 50 DVD’s, a black leather jacket, a man’s gold ring and a PlayStation game system with five PS2 games.

Hilton Inns robbed: suspects caught on video
Baltimore County Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying two suspects in robberies of Hilton Garden Inns in Precinct 3/Franklin and Precinct 9/White Marsh. Both of the robberies were similar in nature involving employees and patrons.
On Aug. 13, at 12:50 a.m., two suspects walked into the lobby of the Hilton Garden Inn in the 5000-block of Campbell Boulevard, 21236 in Precinct 9/White Marsh. The suspects walked behind the counter, approaching the victim from behind. At gunpoint, they demanded money from the cash drawer. The victim complied and gave the suspects an undisclosed amount of cash.
They also physically grabbed another patron who was nearby and took personal possessions from both victims before fleeing out the front door of the Inn and driving away in a dark-colored SUV.
Then on Sept. 3, at 9:50 p.m., the two suspects walked into the lobby of the Hilton Garden Inn in the 4700-block of Owings Mills Boulevard, 21117 in Precinct 3/Franklin. Again the suspects approached the victim from behind the counter area. They physically grabbed the victim at gunpoint and demanded money from the cash drawer in the office. The victim complied and gave the suspects an undisclosed amount of cash.
Two other employees nearby were also forced into the office by the gunmen and were robbed of their personal possessions.
The suspects ran out the front door of the Inn and drove away in a dark-colored SUV.
The suspects are described as:
• a black male, 20-29 years old, 6’2” tall, with a large build and shoulder-length dreadlocks.
• a black male, 25-32 years old, 5’11” tall, with a slim build and dark hair.
