Crime report: Catalytic converter stolen from church lot

Precinct 8, Parkville

Fourth degree burglary: Between Aug. 27 at 6 p.m. and Aug. 30 at 6:45 p.m., 3000 block of 2nd Avenue. An unknown suspect came onto property of Leaps and Bounds Learning Center and stole a red hand truck valued at $100.

First degree burglary: Aug. 28 at 1:20 p.m., 100 block of E. Orange Court. Victim’s neighbor observed suspect on the roof of the porch. The porch roof was found open and property was missing including a PlayStation II system with games, a strong box holding jewelry and cash, and a digital camera for a total loss value of $1,235.

Armed robbery-gun: Aug. 29 at 6:23 p.m., 7900 block of Belair Road. An unknown suspect entered Belair Cleaners and grabbed victim from behind. The suspect forced two victims to the front of the store and where he stole money from the register and a purse from one of the victims.

Armed robbery-gun: Aug. 30 at 7 p.m., 7300 block of McClean Boulevard. Victim, an employee of Texaco gas station, was getting money out of the vacuum machine when he was approached by suspect vehicle on the parking lot. Two male suspects displayed handguns and demanded money. The victim handed over the coins and the suspects fled.

Precinct 9, White Marsh

Second degree burglary: Between Aug. 24 at 5 p.m. and Aug. 28 at 9 a.m., unit block of Philadelphia Court. An unknown suspect broke into an office and stole two Dell laptop computers.

Fourth degree burglary: Between Aug. 25 at 2 p.m. and Aug. 27 at 6:15 a.m., 100 block of Philadelphia Avenue. An unknown suspect broke into several containers owned by American Infrastructure and stole 800 feet of copper wire valued at $4,030.

First degree burglary: Aug. 27 between 4:20 and 6:20 p.m., 7900 block of Oakdale Road. An unknown suspect distracted victim while a second suspect entered residence and stole $450 in cash.

Armed robbery-knife: Aug. 27 at 8:10 p.m., 9500 block of Philadelphia Road. An unknown suspect approached victim, a customer in the CVS store, held a knife up and demanded money and cigarettes from cashier. The suspect stole $62 and several packs of cigarettes before fleeing.

Fourth degree burglary: Between Aug. 28 at 10 p.m. and Sept. 2 at 4:30 p.m., 5500 block of Lloyd Avenue. An unknown suspect removed the catalytic converter from a van parked at New Life Baptist Church.

First degree burglary: Aug. 29 between 1:30 and 11:50 p.m., 100 block of Aspinwood Way. An unknown suspect pried open the front door of apartment and stole $20 in loose change.

Armed robbery: Sept. 1 at 11 p.m., the intersection of Rossville Boulevard and Citation Drive. The victim was approached by three male suspects who assaulted him several times with a board and their fists. The suspects stole $150 in cash as well as victim’s credit card.

Robbery-strong arm: Sept. 1 at 9:16 p.m., 8200 block of Perry Hall Boulevard. Multiple female suspects approached victim and stole his Fugi video camera valued at $550.
