Well I see it is that time of the year when our neighborhoods are trashed with yard sale signs, credit repair signs, lawn care signs, etc.
Last weekend these signs cluttered every major intersection in Baltimore County.
People need to be reminded that under Baltimore County Bill 36-06 signs are illegal if posted on public property, or the property of public utilities such as poles, transformers, traffic control boxes, and traffic signs.
There is a fine of $500 for each sign posted. Of course, who knows if this is being enforced?
Legally, any private citizen can remove these signs. Lets keep our neighborhoods clean and uncluttered.
