Memorial set for Rose Orbino, 73

Customers and friends of Rose Orbino, a long-time employee of Total Experience Hair Salon in Perry Hall, are invited to a memorial luncheon June 11 to celebrate her life.
The 73-year-old Bel Air resident passed away of a heart attack May 7 at her home.
She had been a shampoo technician at Total Experience for 23 years.
But she was also the salon’s volunteer caterer, baking for every event and holiday - children knew to stop by the shop for treats at Halloween and Valentine’s Day, when Orbino would have the place decorated for the occasion.
She also loved to make crafts, and would frequently create and bake for bazaars and carnivals at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Bradshaw.
Orbino was born Rose Marie Palughi Jan. 24, 1934 in Baltimore. Her parents, August and Mary Palughi, and also her husband, Frank V. Orbino, preceded her in death.
She is survived by two sisters, Louise Vasta of Kingsville and Mary Belcastro of Graceland Park; a brother, Donald Palughi, and his wife, Theresa, of Parkville; a daughter, Mary Ann Zink of Lusby, three grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Arrangements were made by Evans Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services.
Co-workers at Total Experience will host a lunch honoring Orbino June 11 at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Fullerton, 8420 Belair Rd. Please RSVP to the shop at (410) 256-9020 or in person at 8856 Belair Rd.
